New Year's Eve
In this episode, it's December 31, 1993, and Mr. Bean is excited to ring in the New Year. He's invited two friends, Hubert and Rupert, who arrive when Mr. Bean is far from ready. (Disorganized)
In the freezing cold, he goes to the kitchen to prepare the appetizers; disaster strikes: there's only one snack and a little wine left. As usual, Bean comes up with a crazy solution: he cuts a tree branch, dips it in Marmite paste, and for the wine, he pours sugar into vinegar! (Genius)
This did little to warm the atmosphere, quite the contrary. As Mr. Bean found himself back in the kitchen, Hubert moved the clock forward to 11:59 PM: Happy New Year 1994!!! Mr. Bean hadn't noticed the time passing. Hubert and Rupert made it known that they were tired in order to escape, then invited themselves to the neighborhood party. (Victim)
Mr. Bean finds himself alone with Teddy. From his bed, he hears the neighbors' New Year's countdown and realizes that Hubert and Rupert have tricked him. (Solitaire)

The armchair
The next day, we headed to Arding & Hobbs for the sales. Faced with a long line of customers waiting for the store to open, Mr. Bean disrupted an elderly couple. (Disruptor)
Bean's goal? To redecorate his apartment, and one armchair catches his eye. In a deleted scene, he encounters the elderly couple who are also interested in the chair. Bean then violently attacks the old woman by tampering with the chair's electrical system. She ends up trapped between the backrest and the seat! (Violent, Machiavellian)
Mr. Bean treated himself to some paint and the famous armchair. It didn't all fit in the Mini; the armchair was on the roof, and Bean no longer had room to drive. So he decided to sit on the armchair… on the roof! Using string and broom handles, he managed to get home. The arrival was chaotic after a 14% incline. The Mini ended up inside a removal van. (Genius)

The painting
Arriving home, Mr. Bean wants to rearrange his apartment. After moving a table, he realizes that everything he passes through the kitchen opening falls to the floor. Instead of putting the table back, Mr. Bean decides to fill the hole by cutting out another section of the wall! Using his electric saw, he cuts through the wall, but not only that! He cuts through picture frames, photos—of the Royal Family—paintings, and even the telephone cable! (Wacky!)
Time to paint! Mr. Bean only has a beat-up old paintbrush, so he decides to replace it with Teddy… headfirst into the paint! Seeing that the task is going to be long and tricky, Mr. Bean decides to wrap everything in the apartment in newspaper—everything, absolutely EVERYTHING… right down to the grapes on the bunch! (Wacky!)
Under his bed, Bean finds a huge firecracker, which he dips in paint. He lights it and tries to leave… but can't find the handle, which is wrapped in newspaper. After two attempts, he finally manages to get out of the apartment, and the firecracker explodes… right in front of Hubert, who had come to look for his hat, which he'd forgotten the day before! (Irresponsible)
Mr. Bean returns to his apartment, which is completely covered in white paint. Only one area, depicting Hubert's silhouette retrieving his hat, remains unpainted! (Surprised)
