Television
In this episode, Mr. Bean arrives at his apartment with a new television, but he encounters a problem with the electricity meter. Once installed, his television receives no channels. After several attempts, he notices that the TV only works when he is sitting in a chair, on the opposite side of the television from it. As soon as he looks at it, it stops working. (Bad vibes!)
He then decides to take off all his clothes, including his underwear, and place them on the opposite chair. Wearing only the TV's cardboard packaging, Mr. Bean can finally enjoy watching television. (Clever!)
His joy was short-lived, as he would fall victim to another power outage! (Unlucky him)

The thief
In the park, Mr. Bean tries to take a selfie with his Polaroid camera. He asks a passerby for help, but the passerby steals it. He manages to track down the thief, traps him in a trash can, and pokes him with his pen. By the time he can get a police officer, the thief has escaped. (Clever and unlucky)
At the police station, facing five suspects, Mr. Bean decides to recreate the previous scene. The screams of suspect number 5, pricked by the pen, allow Bean to identify him. (Clever)
In town, Bean is bothered by his foot. He decides to take off his shoe and places it on the roof of a car that continues on its way. After hopping across town, he manages to retrieve his shoe by jumping onto the car. (Unlucky and dangerous)
