The hospital

In this episode, Mr. Bean drives to the hospital in his Mini, tailgating an ambulance that can't open its back door. Once in the waiting room, Mr. Bean starts a fight to get ahead. (Disruptive)

In the waiting room, he has no pity for the other patients. He doesn't give up a seat to a very elderly person and mocks the movements a lady in a full-body cast, confined to a wheelchair, can't make. (Mocking, mean)

The wait is going to be long; 53 people still have to go before him. As he looks at his watch, Mr. Bean becomes the laughingstock of the entire room, including the secretary, by revealing his problem: He's gotten his hand stuck in a teapot. (Impatient, mocked)

Annoyed, he takes the ticket of the disabled lady who has a better number. For Mr. Bean, anything goes. Holding number 52, he then reverses the order of appointments; number 25 upside down becomes… 52! (Genius)

Held back by the disabled woman and facing the anger of the other patients, a nurse tries to turn the painting right side up. Missed the mark! (Grumpy)

Mr. Bean falls asleep and drops his ticket on the ground, which is picked up by the disabled woman. Bean misses his place and has to queue again. He starts another fight with the same two protagonists, both bearing the marks of a struggle. (Inattentive)

Mr. Bean gets annoyed with the secretary and takes another ticket. Frustrated by the long wait, he throws it in the bin but gets his other hand stuck! He'll have to take a new ticket with his mouth! (Damn it!)

The guard

Mr. Bean visits Windsor Castle, wanting to capture as many memories as possible. He decides to take a selfie with one of the Queen's guards, so he goes to great lengths to make it look even more beautiful. (Childlike)

He goes so far as to roughly cut off the guard's mustache, decorate it with flowers, and hang Teddy from the end of his rifle. The guard remains impassive. Mr. Bean sets his camera timer for the photo, but the guard is called away by his superior and starts moving just as the camera clicks. (Disruptive, oblivious)

A missed opportunity for Mr. Bean, who, due to the script's grumpiness, will only appear from behind in the photo. (Annoyed)

Insomnia

Back at the apartment, Mr. Bean reads a comic book with Teddy, who, after falling asleep, is placed in a shoebox under the bed. (Solitary and childlike)

Mr. Bean can't sleep; he's disturbed by outside noises. So, disguised as a dog, he scares away the howling dogs and cats nearby. (Clever!)

He starts counting the number of sheep on a chart. After several attempts and unable to concentrate, Mr. Bean calculates the length x width using his calculator. Stunned by the total number of sheep, he immediately falls asleep. He falls out of bed at the end of the credits. (Persistent)
